Firstly Torus are supposedly a provider of Social housing that warrants Charity status, there is an urgent need of Social housing but Affordable housing is more profitable, in Warrington with a population of just 200'000 there are 3.5 thousand on the waiting list for Social housing and only 5 Social homes built between 2017-18.
Torus intrude in Communities rather than "partner with communities"
As Torus are in debt of millions that will take many years to repay they have no profits in reality are a drain on society asking for more funding, can the Community afford Torus Charity?
