Your staff are extremely unsupportive. I had a telephone conversation that left me worse off than I was before. No empathy or compassion. Quite frankly I’m appalled.

Define affordable …I’ll guarantee you those most vulnerable won’t be able to afford them

How bout insulate my home properly so I'm not spending nearly £10 a day to keep slightly warm cos the insulation is rubbish and the steel frames are so cold the throw out freezing air.

My grandparents aged 78 and 79 have been left in the freezing cold for 48 hours. They have tried multiple times and been on the emergency call line for more than 2 hours at a time. They have got to posision 1 and the line cuts out

Heating on 24/7 at 30 degrees an all the windows in the house don’t fit!! Reported in the summer, 4 tradespeople been, 1 surveyor an still not been sorted out absolutely disgraceful and you still want rent!!!

can you tell my why you have left a vulnerable man who has recently come out of hospital without water for 5 days? He can not use the toilet, shower, wash dishes. Not good enough.

Had a gas engineer booked in, for a gas safety check, since the 5th December, for the 21st December, yet you keep sending threatening letters out about court cases and costs etc.. do you really think its appropriate to send out numerous letters to people who may be vulnerable...

If your a disabled person with serious needs, don't apply to
under 1 roof, they are heartless, thoughtless and don't care

How about getting someone to come and sort the rat cages out on grassmere avenue, stinking filthy places with furniture dumped outside, you must have a torus officer who needs to walk around the estate and the amount of rubbish that is now been dumped around here is disgusting.

They prefer to sit standing on the street chatting or chilling in their work vans

How about waiting 14 weeks for a repair! That affects my mental health your repairs team is a disgrace. I’m sure you see my name and think oh she’s complaining again let her wait

It's not just mould. Try investigating Under One Roof (U-1-R) in St Helens/Warrington they ignore everyone looking for a home and their application rules are very questionable
